Hi, I’m Alexander, the owner and head detailer at New Clear Image Detailing. My passion for car detailing began when I was 16 with my first car — a 2001 Mercury Cougar that I treated like it was brand new. Even though it was my daily driver, I kept it spotless. That early pride transformed into a career that I genuinely enjoy to this day.

Why does that matter? Because I understand the feeling of stepping into a clean car and instantly feeling more relaxed. I’m based in Plainfield, IL, and because I offer fully mobile detailing services, I travel to you. Whether it’s a sports car you’re trying to keep pristine or a family vehicle that needs a lot of attention, I give every vehicle cleaning service the same level of care.

One thing you should know upfront: if you’re looking for a fast, in-and-out, 20-minute service, I’m probably not the right fit. And that’s okay. I focus on quality, not speed, and that’s why my pricing reflects the time and detail that go into every job.

I’m part of one of the top online detailing communities in the U.S., and I hold two paint correction certifications, but the biggest lessons have come from being hands-on with real vehicles, real problems, and real expectations. That experience taught me something important: perfection doesn’t exist. So I don’t oversell it. If there’s something I’m unsure about, I’ll tell you right away. Honesty always beats overpromising.
